FHA Loan Process
 

Step 1: Apply with our easy FHA Fast Track Home Loan Application.  A loan consultant will contact you to discuss and finalize the best loan program that fits your needs.  Please provide the documentation requested by your loan consultant.  We will then submit the loan to underwriting for approval. Most loans can be run through automated underwriting, so you can be pre-approved the same day.

Step 2: Appraisal: After your loan is approved the appraisal is ordered. The appraiser will contact you to set up that appointment at your earliest convenience. You will need to pay the appraiser at the time of the appraisal. 

 
Step 3: Once the appraisal is completed, your file is sent to final underwriting, where an FHA licensed underwriter makes sure all loan conditions are met along with being FHA compliant.

 
Step 4:
Closing: After the underwriter has reviewed and cleared all of the loan conditions, your final loan documents will be sent to your closer.  The closing will either take place at your home or at the office of the Title Company that provided the title insurance for the transaction.
